- Do you come to my home?
- Yes. That's the whole service: the van pulls into your driveway or parks at your curb and the grooming happens inside it. You don't drive anywhere.
- What is anesthesia-free dental cleaning?
- Tartar and plaque are removed by hand while your dog is awake and calmly held. There's no sedation involved. It keeps the mouth clean and takes the bad breath away — it isn't a replacement for a vet when there's already serious dental disease.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on size, coat condition and whether you add the dental cleaning. Call (475) 277-6167 and you'll have the price in a minute, no runaround.
- How do the plans work?
- The groom stays monthly and stays the same. The only thing that changes is that you pay for 3, 6 or 12 months at once, and in exchange each groom costs 10%, 15% or 20% less. Call (475) 277-6167 and we'll set it up with the details talked through.
- Which towns do you cover?
- Two areas. In Brooklyn: Park Slope, Bay Ridge, Williamsburg and Bushwick. In Connecticut: New Haven County and the shoreline, from Milford to Madison, with Hamden, Branford, Guilford, Wallingford, Meriden and Bridgeport in between. They are two separate areas, so ask which days we're in yours.
- Do you groom cats?
- Yes. Dogs and cats, both inside the van and one at a time — which for a cat is exactly what makes it bearable: no other animals around.
- ¿Hablan español? / Do you speak Spanish?
- Yes. Call and speak Spanish — no problem at all.
